Missoni Fall 2009 RTW

It's gonna be all about tons and tons of layering this Autumn, according to Missoni anyway. Piles and piles of knit wear on top of the next, all in neutral mundane shades made up the collection. With scarves long enough to reach Heaven itself, and fabrics as thick as they come, this collection looked nothing short of the most comfortable thing ever seen on the runway-at least in my opinion. There were some sweet accents of blue along the way, which somehow made the collection even more tranquil. The overall, and most obvious of the trends to be set was the idea of very loose silhouette, something I personally find refreshing. Even the cotton knit leggings had wrinkles from the loose fit. Wrinkles encouraged? Only in fashion.
